WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASE CONTRACT:

Pursuant to § 12 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Door-to-door Sales and Mail Order Sales (Act No. 108/2000 Coll.), you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in this way without giving a reason within 14 working days, from the date of receipt of the goods or from the conclusion of the contract about the provision of the service, while it is essential that your email about withdrawing from the contract be delivered to the seller within the specified period.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

If you are going to return the goods (Withdrawal from the purchase contract), it is important that these goods are returned unused and undamaged in their original packaging, they must be complete together with the proof of purchase. Please send the goods registered and insured, as we are not responsible for their possible loss on the way to us. In the event of non-fulfillment of any of the above conditions, we will unfortunately not be able to accept withdrawal from the contract and the goods will be returned at the buyer's expense.
